We hope this message finds you safe and well during this unprecedented time. We would like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to all of you for your dedication, support and generosity.
The American Cancer Society is working to keep the health and well-being of our patients, caregivers, families and volunteers at the forefront during the COVID-19 public health crisis. The American Cancer Society’s lifesaving mission can continue because of committed supporters like you.
The safety of our sponsors, participants, volunteers and their families have driven us to make the decision to postpone the 2020 Norma and Rich DiMarco Tee Up for Life golf tournament to the spring of 2021. There is nothing more important to us than your health and safety.
We look forward to celebrating the milestone 20th Anniversary of the golf tournament when all our supporters will have the ability to celebrate with us in person. In the meantime, we are looking at some creative virtual experiences to put together on our original dates of October 25th and 26th. Be sure to follow us on Facebook for real time updates about these new online get-together events. Once the details are complete, a committee member or staff from the American Cancer Society will reach out to you so you can remain involved with all aspects of the event.
As we continue to confront the challenges we are all facing, we want to again sincerely thank you for your dedication and continued support of the American Cancer Society and the Norma and Rich DiMarco Tee Up for Life golf tournament. Our hearts go out to those affected by COVID-19 and we would like to especially thank our first responders, medical professionals and all those working to contain the spread of this virus.
We are all in this together. We look forward to seeing you in the spring 2021!
